This course for beginner who hasn’t surfed for a few weeks or a month or long time and refresh the surf back again Which is refresh and the theory how to catch a waves, stand on the board and ride the waves stabilizing, this course mostly use board from 7’6 until 9 feet
This beginner course covers all the necessary theory about the basics of surfing, safety essentials, surf awareness, board characteristics, paddling and standing up
The Lembongan beginner surf lesson starts on the land for about 15-20 minutes refresh and the theory of surfing from the past and after that prepare the surf equipment and ready to jump on to the boat at the same times with other clients to the surf breaks and the boat stay close at the surfbreaks!
And in the water next to surf breaks the instructor with local knowledge experienced surfers remind the theory you learned on the land, the balance on the board in the water, board turning technic, to make sure more confidences before ready into the waves
Learn in the waves of Nusa Lembongan is the instructor stays with you in the water and give you instruction and position properly to catch the waves, helps by pushing your surfboard if necessary then gives you a short explanation about the wave you caught, improvements and give some tips and advise standing on a surfboard. For about 2 hours in the water!

Such a positive first experience surfing, we booked a coach for myself, my husband and our 5 year old son. Our little boy was extremely nervous, but Jake was wonderful in being firm but kind, building his confidence to get him to get involved, by the end of the session he was standing on the board and surfing, as well myself and my husband. There was very little time wasting, they were teaching us the basics and then getting us out to practice and make the most of our time. The team were professional and kind and invested in us having a good experience. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I’m a beginner and had a couple of private lessons with Newbro surfing.
The team were awesome, from the initial booking, the yoga warm up (first for moi),and the surf instruction., guys made it a fun experience. When you return to their office they play back video footage taken from the session.
The business also gives back to the local community so give them a go when your on Nusa Lembogan.
It’s was wonderful experience! The team is great ! Boards are in very good condition and we feel they are taken care of! I wish sessions would be a bit longer!
