Cancellation Policy

UTV BALI ADVENTURE reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions. If we have to cancel a tour due to such circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the tour will be moved to another day.

You will not get a refund if:

• If you give less than 1 day’s notice.
• If you miss your tour departure (no show, staying up late, unexpected illness or injury, etc.)
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience start time, the amount you have paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 1 day before the experience start time will not be accepted.

Schedule Change

We are not responsible for changes to tour schedules due to reasons beyond our control. (i.e. weather, road blockages, ceremonies, animal conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances).
