Theory and Practice

- How to duck dive or turtle roll
- Positioning on the waves
- Advance and quick pop up
- How to read the waves
- How to choose the wave
- How to catch green waves
- Timing to pop up
- Riding the waves
- Generating speed

INTERMEDIATE Level 2
Theory & Practice
- Generating speed
- Forehand or backhand turn
- Forehand or back hand bottom turn
- Perform bottom and top turn
- Generating speed
- How to Cut back

INTERMEDIATE Level 3
Theory & practice
- Advance Generating speed
- Trimming the waves
- Carving the waves
- Using your eyes
- Advance Cutbacks

This course for people who knows catch green waves but still want to be confidence surf at Lembongan surf breaks also improve and learn local knowledge!
Before that the course we start talking about your surfing experience and what you would like to improve. When we arrive at the breaks, we explaining the waves situation, guide you to the right green waves position and technic, improve your stand up quicker, ride the waves with maneuver, improve your body posture and technic, for more consistence and confidence to surf at Nusa Lembongan surfbreaks, we set you up for the surf.
In this course mostly use boards around 6,5 to 7,6 foot!

- 31-180 DAYS BEFORE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL IS 50% REFUND!

- OVER SLEPT
- TIME CONSTRAINT
- LACK OF FITNESS OR EXHAUSTION
- ILLNESS
- REOCCURRING INJURIES FROM THE PAST
- INJURIES OBTAINED DURING SURF COURSE
- WEATHER SITUATIONS

Surfing in Jungutbatu, Nusa Lembongan is depends the tides conditions and situations, which is different dates different timing and for the surf spots to go we only know on the day!
