We paid for our excursion. Our trip was confirmed. We waited for a pick up that never arrived. No one responded to our messages and phone calls as we waited. Afterwards, we were asked to send a review. I explained our situation and requested a refund. A month later , we still have not received a refund and they have stopped responding to our requests. We will now have to contest the charge via our credit card. My advice is DO NOT use this company.
