Our Buggy Explorer tour starts from the Bali Quad Base camp in Payangan area, which is a rural area in the central part of Bali, near Ubud. Our ZForce 550 buggies are user friendly and easy to handle with fully automatic transmission. Our tour combines the great experience of driving your own powerful off road vehicle (or enjoying the ride as a passenger) with the opportunity to learn about the way the local people live. After having watched our safety and instructions video and a training on our practise circuit our experienced guides will bring you to an un spoiled part of Bali, where you will drive between beautiful rice fields and plantations, through a traditional village and into a rainforest. The Explorer tour goes for approx.1 hour. No driving license is needed. However the limitation for self driving is 16 years of age and you must be capable of driving a vehicle, which will be tested during our training session.. The younger participants (starting from 5 years of age) can join the tour as a co-pilot. After the tour you can take a hot shower (towels and soap are provided as well as changing rooms with lockers) and enjoy another free coffee or tea in our Base camp.
